Cvc Placements is at Quarter Number 3057 in Sector 4/F of Bokaro Steel City. Being in Jharkhand, things move at a certain steady pace here. We handle placements and help people find work in different sectors. The office is basically one of the quarters, so it feels very much like a home setup rather than a cold office building. We have some plastic chairs and a few wooden desks where we keep our files and registers. People come by throughout the day to drop off their resumes or ask about what kind of jobs are available right now. We try to keep track of everything in our notebooks and on the one computer we share. It's not a high-tech place, but we get the job done for the people who need it. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, being in the residential sectors of the steel city. We’ve been doing this for some time now. Most of our days are spent talking to candidates or calling up companies to see what they might be looking for. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don't have any big corporate slogans or mission statements. We just talk to people, see what they can do, and try to help them find a spot that works for them. It’s a straightforward process that doesn’t need a lot of extra polish to get right for the locals who visit.
