We're located over here at Ayodhyanagar on Ring Road-2 in Bilaspur. The office is Synergy Services For Reliance Life Insurance Co. and it’s basically where we spend most of our daylight hours. Dealing with insurance papers and talking to people about their policies takes up the bulk of the day. It’s a busy spot because the Ring Road gets quite a bit of traffic. Shri S.K. Shrivastava’s place is easy enough to find if you know the area. We have been here for a while now. The space isn't huge but it fits what we need to do. Most of us just walk in, sit down at the desks, and get to work on whatever folders are sitting there from the day before. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons sometimes. We usually just keep the fans going and keep moving through the stack of work. People come by with questions about their Reliance Life plans or just to drop off some documents that were missing. It’s not a fancy setup. Just some desks, chairs, and the usual office equipment you’d expect. Bilaspur is a growing place, so there's always something happening outside on the road. We try to keep things organized even when it gets a little hectic with the phone ringing. It’s a local operation, nothing too complicated. We just handle the insurance stuff as it comes in and try to make sure everything is filed where it belongs before we head home for the evening.
