Metier Hr Services

We are located in Bilaspur, right behind the Shiv Mandir in Vidya Nagar. It’s a quiet area mostly, part of the Rps Campus at 16/355. Satwik and the rest of the team are usually here from early morning till late evening. Working in HR at Metier Hr Services means a lot of phone calls and even more emails. We sit in a small room with a few tables and old computers that sometimes act up. The temple nearby is a good landmark because people often get lost looking for this specific block. It’s a bit dusty outside because of the construction that always seems to be happening in Chhattisgarh. We handle hiring and recruitment for different companies, so our day is mostly looking at resumes and trying to find the right person. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall around the corner. It helps when the afternoons get slow. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just us doing the paperwork and making sure the people who need jobs get connected with the right places. It’s practical work. We know most of the people in the campus area by now. Life here in Bilaspur is a bit slower than the big cities, but we stay busy enough. The office is just a place where we come to work and help out where we can with staffing.
