Our office is at C-531 in Yamuna Vihar, which is part of the NTPC area in Jamnipali, Korba. Being in an industrial township like this means everything feels a bit more structured. Fs India Pvt Ltd has been here for a bit, and we are used to the routine of the power plant workers and the local traffic. It’s not a very big office, just a few rooms where we handle our daily operations. Korba can get very hot and dusty, especially in the summer months, so we spend most of our time inside. We do a lot of coordination work and handling of supplies or whatever the current project needs. The walls are a bit plain, and we have some old files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we make do. We usually bring our own food from home and eat together in the small break area. It’s a simple way to work. We don't have any big slogans or flashy signs. Most people who work here are locals from around Jamnipali or Korba. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home before it gets too late. It’s honest work in a busy industrial town. The NTPC colony is quiet in the afternoons, which makes it easy to focus on the paperwork. We just keep our heads down and do what is required of us.
