Maheswari Food Meal

If you go down to Sadar Bazar in Nokha, you will find us near the Krishna Mandir. Maheswari Food Meal is tucked in right by the temple and the Kailash Emporium. It is a very busy part of town, especially in the mornings and evenings when the temple is full of people. There is always a lot of noise from the bells and the crowds outside. We spend our days preparing food and getting meals ready for people who are passing through the market. Our kitchen is not huge, and it can get quite hot when all the stoves are going at once. We do not have a fancy menu or anything like that. We just make what people like to eat every day. The tables are simple and we do not worry too much about decorations. We are more concerned with making sure the food is ready on time and that we do not run out of ingredients. Sometimes we have to run across the street to get something we forgot. The market life is pretty fast, and you have to keep up or you get left behind. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They usually sit in the same spot and tell us the same stories. It feels like a small community here in the middle of all the bazar chaos. We just keep the pots moving and the orders coming until the day is done.
