Damini Caterers

We are set up near Dak Bagla in Bikaner, right by the Karni Dairy Booth. It is a familiar spot for many people living around here. Our daily routine involves a lot of cooking and getting food ready for different events in the area. We have been working in the catering business for a good number of years. The kitchen is usually a noisy place with pots clanking and people moving around quickly to get orders out. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a team of us who know how to handle large quantities of food without making a mess of things. Bikaner is known for its food, so we have to make sure we do things properly. We handle everything from small family dinners to bigger gatherings where a lot of people need to be fed at once. Our location near the dairy booth makes it easy for us to source fresh things daily. Sometimes we are working late into the night to prep for an early breakfast the next day. It is hard work and the heat in the kitchen can be quite something during the summer months. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the containers are packed and ready to go when the client expects them. We keep things simple and honest here at Damini Caterers in our Bikaner base. We don't have a flashy office, just a workspace that smells like spices and fresh food most of the day.
