We are based in Bikaner, Rajasthan, specifically at Street No. 2 in Dhobi Talai. Our office is associated with Hemant Kr. Aswani at this location. If you’ve ever been to Bikaner, you know how hot it gets and how the wind carries the sand sometimes. Our place is a simple building on a quiet street. We don't have any big neon signs for Klg Systel Ltd. It’s just a regular door that stays shut to keep the heat out. Inside, it’s quite basic with some desks, a few cupboards for our records, and a ceiling fan that works overtime. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we don't worry about having a fancy waiting room. Most of our work is done through calls or emails anyway. We take our breaks when we can and usually talk about the local news or what’s happening in the market. The street outside is mostly residential, so it’s pretty peaceful during the day. Sometimes a cow wanders by or a vendor sells vegetables. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done and making sure we haven't missed anything important. It’s a small, practical setup that serves us well in this part of the country. We keep a box of sweets in the drawer for when guests do stop by.
