K E M Road is a very busy street, and our shop is right at 112/78. It is a small place, and most of the time it is filled with old computer parts and tangled cables. We spend our days mostly looking into the guts of machines or staring at screens to figure out why they won't start. We get a lot of students from the college nearby who have crashed their laptops. It isn't the kind of place where things look brand new. There are boxes stacked up everywhere and the smell of hot plastic is pretty common. My workbench is a total mess of screws and tiny tools, but I usually know where everything is. We don't promise to fix everything instantly because some problems are just tricky. People also bring in their printers when they get jammed up. It is a lot of trial and error sometimes. We have a tea stall nearby that brings us a cup every few hours, which keeps us going. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small one over the door. It is a lot of sitting and focusing on small details. We are just a local shop trying to help people get their tech working again. It’s been our daily routine for a long time and we just take it day by day.
