Annu Travels & Holiday

Annu Travels & Holiday is based at Gandhi Chowk in the Gangashahar part of Bikaner. Gandhi Chowk is one of those places that everyone ends up passing through at some point in the day. Our office is a small space where we sit and talk to people about their holiday plans or just help them get a ticket to the next town. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The office is pretty plain and we don't spend much money on making it look corporate because that’s not who we are. We have a few desks and some old calendars on the walls. Most of our day is spent talking to customers who want to go on a trip but aren't quite sure how to get there. We know the bus routes and the train timings pretty well because we deal with them every single day. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic around the chowk but we are used to it by now. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit in the dark for a bit and wait for it to come back so we can get back to work. We don't make any big promises or use any marketing talk because we think people just want a straight answer. It’s a simple local shop and we are here most days if anyone needs help.
