We don’t have a public relations team writing fancy stories for us. We just have doctors, staff, and researchers who come in every morning. We drink our tea, check our schedules, and get to it. The institute is a serious place but it feels like a local spot because of where we are. We don't use complicated language or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a medical institute in Bikaner trying to do our jobs at D-12. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we just clean it up and keep going. It’s a very practical environment.
