Our business, Amrita Greencity And Developers Privatelimited, is located in Ashraf Nagar over in Bijnaur. We operate out of the space cared for by Smt Amrita Singh. It’s a local setup, very much rooted in the community here. We don’t have a big fancy glass building or a receptionist sitting at a desk. Usually, it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to folks who stop by with questions. We work on development projects, trying to turn land into something useful for the people living in Bijnaur. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination with different people. We spend time at the sites and then come back to Ashraf Nagar to sort out the legal bits and the maps. It can be exhausting, but it’s what we do for a living. The neighborhood knows us well. We don't put out big ads or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and where we are located. We keep things pretty simple. If there’s a problem with a project, we go out and fix it ourselves. We don’t hide behind corporate emails or fancy titles. It’s just direct talk and getting things done. Bijnaur is a quiet place mostly, but the development work keeps us on our toes all week. We’ve got our hands full with the current projects right now. We are just regular people trying to build something.
