We are located right in Word No.1 of Village Nethaur, specifically in Mohalla Hathi Mandir. If you’re near Chamunda Mandir, you’re basically on our doorstep. Mansoori Developers is a local business through and through. We grew up around these streets, so we know every corner of the village. Our office isn't some high-rise building with a view. It’s just a simple room where we meet with our neighbors and talk about local development. It can get pretty loud outside with the temple nearby, but we’re used to it. We don’t have a bunch of secretaries or a PR team. When you call, you’re usually talking to one of the owners directly. We handle the land and building stuff that happens around Nethaur. It’s honest work, and we take it seriously even if we don’t look too formal. Some days we are out in the sun at construction sites, and other days we are huddled over a desk trying to make sense of some old documents. We don’t use any of that fancy corporate talk because it just doesn't fit who we are. We’re part of the community here, and we just want to do right by the people we live next to.
