Our office is based out of Nai Basti in Bijnor, specifically at H No 674 B 14. It is part of the property belonging to Umesh Ku Gupta. Usually, the day starts pretty early here because the sun gets quite hot in Uttar Pradesh by noon. We deal with infrastructure and development work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and old filing cabinets that have been here for years. You can hear the sounds of the street outside all day long. Sometimes people just walk in to ask directions or have a quick chat about the local neighborhood. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the locals know where we are. It is a quiet enough place to get things done but busy enough that you don't feel isolated. We just try to keep up with the paperwork and make sure the projects are moving along as they should. There is always a lot of back and forth with the local authorities. Most of the staff comes from nearby, so they walk or ride their bikes to the office. We usually take a break in the afternoon when it is too hot to do much. It is just a regular local business trying to keep things going in Bijnor.
