We have this small place in Chistiya Pura, right in the heart of Bidar. It’s house number 4-2-44, though people sometimes use the new numbers. It is a local institute where we teach and help people learn things they need for their future. It isn't a big university or anything like that. Just a few rooms with benches and some boards. We get students from the neighborhood and even some who travel from further away in Karnataka. The street outside can get a bit noisy, but once you are inside, it’s mostly just the sound of talking and writing. We don't have fancy computer labs or anything too modern. We use what we have and focus on the lessons. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just open the windows for light. It’s a very local operation. We know the parents and the families of most of the kids who come here. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It feels like home to us. We handle the registrations ourselves and keep the books. It’s hard work keeping everything running, but we like seeing people learn. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in the state. We just want to do right by the people here in Bidar. It’s a simple setup, but it serves the community well enough. We keep the place clean and ready every morning. Teaching is what we know, so that is what we do here every single day.
