Our group is located in Niragudi, which is part of the Basavakalyan Block. We are a collection of farmers who decided to work together as a producer company. It is much easier to handle things as a group than on our own. Niragudi is a quiet place and most of us have been farming here for our whole lives. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's just a local setup where we meet and talk about our crops. Being a farmers producer company means we deal with the daily realities of the land. We spend most of our time out in the fields or at our small central point in the village. There is no marketing team here, just folks who know how to grow things. We take turns handling the paperwork and the logistics. It is a lot of work but it feels right for our community. We handle whatever the season brings us. Sometimes it is busy, sometimes it is slow. We just take it day by day. Basavakalyan is our home and we want to see the local farmers do okay. There are no secrets or big promises, just hard work and cooperation among neighbors. If you come through Niragudi, you will find us working.
