Prithvi Minerals

Out at Survey No. 22 along Nadapa Road in Dhaneti, things are usually moving pretty early in the morning. Prithvi Minerals is basically a bunch of us working with raw materials we get from the earth. It is a dusty job, and there is no way around that. If you walk into our area, you’ll probably see trucks lined up and a lot of heavy equipment sitting around. The office is just a small room where we keep the records and handle the scales. It’s not air-conditioned or anything, so it gets quite warm when the sun is up. We spend most of our time outside anyway. Dhaneti is a quiet area, but the road gets a lot of traffic from businesses like ours. We sort through the minerals and make sure the piles are where they should be. It’s not very exciting work, but it’s steady. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the wind kicks up the dust or the rain turns the yard into a mud pit. We just deal with it as it comes. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches. We just process the minerals and get them loaded onto the trucks. It's a simple life out here on Nadapa Road. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know the routine by heart now. We just show up and do the work that needs doing.
