We run things from Srikanthapur, which is quite close to the Odisha Hotels. This isn't a typical shop where people come in to buy groceries or snacks. We have been based in this specific part of Srikanthapur for quite a while now because it makes transport a bit easier. The noise from the main road is constant. It can be tiring to manage all the logistics every day. Things don't always go according to plan, like when a truck has a flat tire or the weather gets bad and slows everything down. We just handle those problems as they come up. It's not the kind of job where you stay clean. The team is small, just a few people who know how this business works from the inside.
