Ambuji Mines And Minerals

We are based at Ratna Plaza on Lewis Road right at number 24. It is an office setup for the most part. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people at the sites or checking on deliveries. Lewis Road is a busy stretch so there is always something going on outside the window. Inside we have samples of different minerals sitting on the shelves. They are not for decoration just so we can show people what we are talking about. The office has a few desks and a lot of files. We are not a huge company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us keeping the business running. We get in around nine and usually stay until the sun goes down. The building is easy to find but the parking can be a bit of a headache during the peak hours. We do not have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and someone is usually there to say hello. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the mining rules and transport logs. It can be a bit dry sometimes but it is the work we do. Most of our day is spent coordinating where things are going and making sure the trucks are moving on time. We usually eat our lunch at our desks. It is a practical place focused on the stones and the logistics of getting them where they need to go.
