Gautam Jha is located right by the Academy Of Management Studies in the Puba Sasan area of Kausalganga. Being in this part of Bhubaneshwar means there are always students and people moving around outside. It is a simple setup here without any fancy decorations or unnecessary things cluttering the space. Usually, the day starts with opening up the shutters and letting some air in before the heat gets too heavy. There is a lot of paperwork that piles up on the desks, and most of the time is spent just sorting through things and making sure everything is in its right place. We are right there on the ground near the academy, so it is easy to find if you are familiar with the landmarks in Bhubaneshwar. The office doesn't have a big sign or anything flashy. It is just a place where the daily work happens. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets loud, but we are used to that noise by now. We drink a lot of tea while getting through the tasks of the day. It is a basic environment where the focus is on finishing the job rather than looking impressive. Most people who come by are from around the neighborhood or have business at the management school. We have been here for a while and the routine stays pretty much the same from Monday to Friday. It’s just Gautam Jha doing what needs to be done.
