Swain Associates

Swain Associates is located in Flatno-104 of the Vasundhara Appartment. We are in the Rasulgarh area of Bhubaneswar, which is a pretty busy part of Orissa. The office is not very large, but it is enough for the few of us who work here. We have some old wooden desks and a few metal cabinets for all the paperwork we have to keep track of. Bhubaneswar has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner of Rasulgarh feels pretty much the same. Being on the first floor is nice because the elevator in this building can be a bit temperamental. We do not have any fancy marketing language to use. We just do our work and try to keep things moving. The traffic on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early. There is a tea lady who comes by the apartment complex twice a day, and we always stop what we are doing to get a cup. It is a very simple, old-school way of working. We are not a big firm with lots of departments. We all just chip in and do whatever needs to be done that day. It is a quiet place and we have a good relationship with the other people living and working in the building. It is just a basic, practical office for our small business.
