Senior Officer

I am a Senior Officer based here in Bhubaneswar, located at Plot No-35 in Kharvela Nagar. I’m currently set up c/o Sri B.B. Mallick. This part of the city is quite well-known, and it’s a good place to be working from. My daily routine is pretty set. I get to the office, deal with the files, and handle whatever administrative or official tasks are waiting for me. Being in a role like this for many years, you learn that patience is the most important thing. Bhubaneswar has grown a lot, and Kharvela Nagar is right in the middle of it all. My workspace is very basic. I have a desk, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of filing cabinets. It’s not about having the newest furniture; it’s about getting the paperwork processed and the decisions made. I don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. If someone comes to see me with a problem, I try to look at the rules and find a way through it that makes sense. I’ve lived in Odisha for a long time, and I like the way we do things here. It is more about the personal connection and the history of the place. I don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that because that isn't what this job is about. It is just about being a reliable officer and doing the work that is expected of me.
