The building is simple and serves its purpose well. In Balasore, things move at their own pace. We aren't in a big rush most days. Our office is where the daily management happens. It’s got a lot of files and the basic stuff we need to run the company. We know the people in the village and the surrounding area. Most of the staff comes from nearby. It’s a local operation through and through. The road out here can be a bit dusty depending on the season, but that is just life in rural Orissa. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just focus on the supplies and making sure everything is where it needs to be. If you visit us, you’ll see it’s a very grounded environment. There aren’t any high-rise views here, just the local landscape and our workspace. It’s an honest place to work. We’ve stayed in Bhagabanpur Shasan Oupada because it works for us. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. That’s the way it’s always been for our small team.
