Our company, Vijayshree Soya Delight Private Limited, is tucked away in Saket Nagar. The address is M-100/ 3C, Bhopal-Bhopal 462024. Soya is what we do. It’s a bit of a niche thing, but we enjoy it. The smell of the processing is something you get used to after a while. We started this because we saw a need for more local options. We don't have a big fancy website or glossy brochures. We just have our equipment and a few guys who have been with us since the start. The building isn't brand new, it has some character and a few leaks when it rains hard. We just put a bucket under them and keep moving. We spend a lot of time checking the temperature of the vats. It has to be just right or the whole batch is ruined. That keeps us on our toes. We don't really have a boss who sits in a closed office. We are all out on the floor together most of the time. Bhopal is a nice city for a business like ours. People here are friendly and they know us by name now. We just try to provide something decent without making a big fuss about it. That is the way we like to work. It's not glamorous but it's what we know how to do best.
