Bhawani Mart

Our little shop, Bhawani Mart, is tucked away inside Adrajharsh Colony. You can find us right on Sasta Bhandar Road near Lalita Nagar. It is a fairly busy corner of Kolar Road if you know the area. We opened this place because we felt the neighborhood really needed a spot to grab daily essentials without having to drive too far into the city. It is mostly groceries and some small household bits and pieces sitting on the shelves. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow road for a few minutes while we unload, which can be a bit of a headache for the neighbors, but we try to be quick. Inside, the shop is nothing fancy to look at. It is just rows of items that people use every single day. We know most of our customers by their first names since many of them live just a few houses down the street. My nephew usually helps me out behind the counter in the evenings when it gets a bit busier. We try to keep all the basics in stock, like milk, bread, sugar, and various pulses. Sometimes the lights might flicker when it rains hard outside, but the fridge always stays cold for the dairy items. It is not a huge supermarket like the ones you see in the center of town. It is just a mart for the folks living around here. We do not bother with advertising.
