Vijay Shree Super Bazar

Our shop is Vijay Shree Super Bazar and we are located in the Awadhpuri area of Bhopal, specifically near Bank Colony in Nagole. It’s a residential part of town, so things are a bit different here compared to the main city markets. We open up early because that’s when people in Bank Colony are out getting their morning supplies. The bazar is filled with all sorts of daily items, from food to household things. We spend a lot of time stocking the shelves and checking what’s running low. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting boxes and arranging packets so people can find what they need. We aren't a massive supermarket chain; we are just a local bazar for the people living around here. The floors need sweeping constantly because of the foot traffic. We know a lot of the customers by name because they live just down the street in Awadhpuri. It’s a nice community vibe, even if the work is tiring. Sometimes it gets really hectic in the evenings when everyone comes back from work, but we just keep moving and helping where we can. We don't have any corporate policies or fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and get the job done. Once the last customer leaves and we dim the lights, we finally get a bit of peace before doing it all over again tomorrow. It’s just how we live.
