You can find us at Shop No. 14 inside the Ravindranath Tagore Complex. We are in the 2C Saket Nagar area, which is right near Aims Hospital. It is a pretty convenient location for us because there is always something going on nearby. Shaktisteller Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. operates out of this small shop where we keep our files and meet with people who walk in. The complex itself has a lot of different businesses, so we are part of a little community here. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about where we put things so we don't trip over them. There is a desk in the back where the computer sits, and a few chairs for visitors. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just work with energy systems and try to make sure everything functions the way it is supposed to. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, which is a bit ironic given our business name, but we just laugh about it. Saket Nagar is a nice part of town, and being near the hospital means people are always passing by our door. We keep the shop open during regular hours and usually have someone here to answer questions. It is a modest setup, but it works for us. We aren't looking to grow into some giant corporation; we just like running our shop and helping out when we can.
