Sanjay Udyog

Sanjay Udyog is tucked away on Barasia Road in the Sharda Nagar area, not too far from Lamba Khera. It’s a part of town that’s still growing, so there is often a bit of construction or dust in the air around us. We run a fairly simple operation here, focusing on small-scale production and making sure we stay on top of our daily tasks. The building isn't very large, and we’ve had to get creative with how we stack our materials to make sure everything fits. Most of our workers live nearby, so they just walk or bike in every morning. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. Instead, we put our energy into making sure the machines are oiled and the orders are ready on time. Dealing with the heat in the afternoons can be tough, especially when the breeze isn't blowing through the open doors, but we just get on with it. Sometimes we have to deal with power fluctuations, which can be a real headache when you’re in the middle of a run. But that’s just life on Barasia Road. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change around us, with more houses and shops popping up every year. It feels good to be a steady part of the local community, even if we are just a small industrial unit doing our own thing.
