Rc Event Organizer

Rc Event Organizer has its office at 36 Landmark Avenue on the ground floor. We are in the Shahapura area of Bhopal. If you know where Ashima Mall is, we are right near there. We are also close to B K Cottage in Pallavi Nagar. Being on the ground floor is handy because we are always moving stuff in and out for our events. Event organizing is mostly about long lists and constant phone calls. We have some samples of things like linens and decorations here and there. It’s a bit messy sometimes because we have different projects going on at once. We aren't the type to wear suits and have big board meetings. We usually just sit around the table and figure out how to make things work for whatever event is coming up next. Bhopal is a good city for events, and Shahapura is a nice neighborhood to be based in. We spend a lot of time visiting venues and talking to suppliers. The office is really just a home base for us to coordinate everything. We've got a small team and we've been doing this for a while. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We just like organizing things and making sure the day goes okay for whoever hired us. It’s a lot of running around, but we are used to it by now. We just take it one event at a time and do what is needed to get things ready on the day.
