Pye Electro Systems

Pye Electro Systems is out in Mandideep, in the Sector `A Industrial Area. Our address is 170, and it’s a typical industrial plot for this region. There’s a big gate at the front and a yard where we keep some of the heavier stuff. Inside, it’s mostly workspace for assembly and testing. We work on various electrical systems. It's not the cleanest job in the world, so there’s usually some grease or wire scraps on the floor by noon. Mandideep is quite a distance from the main city, so most of us commute together or take the local bus. The industrial area is always full of smoke and noise from the other factories nearby. We have our own rhythm here. The morning starts with checking the schedule and getting the tools ready for the day. We don't have a HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem with a project, we just talk it out on the shop floor. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of old PCs and some filing cabinets. We spend most of our time out where the machines are. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we take our breaks whenever we can find a cool spot. We've been at 170 Sector `A for a long time. The building is a bit worn out, but it serves its purpose. We just keep working.
