Gei Industrial Systems Limited

Our workshop and office are located at 26A in the Govindpuram Industrial Area. It’s exactly what you’d expect from an industrial zone—lots of trucks, dusty roads, and people moving heavy things around. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The building is functional, nothing more. We deal with industrial systems, which means there’s often the sound of machinery or tools in the background. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit and tie. Most of us are in practical clothes because things can get a bit dirty. We have a small crew, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just get the tasks done as they come in. The weather can get pretty hot in the summer, and the fans in the shed don’t always do enough, but we manage. We’ve got a small break room where we keep our bags and water bottles. Most of the guys have been working in this area for their whole lives. We don’t do any fancy marketing or have a big sales team. People usually hear about us through word of mouth because we’ve been around so long. It’s a straightforward life, working with our hands and making sure the systems are built right. We close up around six most days and head home. There isn't much to it beyond doing the work properly and keeping the machines in good shape.
