Prayora Foods & Beverages Private Limited is found at number 8 in Yashwant Niwas Colony, right here in Indore. Unlike some of the big factory zones, this area has a bit more of a mixed feel to it. Our building is where we manage the food and drink side of the business. It is a solid place with enough room for our desks and some storage for the samples we keep on hand. Most days start with a cup of tea and a look at the delivery schedules to see what needs to be moved. The colony itself is usually fairly quiet, but our corner stays busy with people coming in and out for meetings or to drop off supplies. We have some basic shelves set up to keep track of the different beverage lines we handle. It is not the kind of place with shiny glass walls or modern art; it is just a functional space where we get our work done. The ceiling fans hum all day long to keep the heat at bay while we talk to vendors on the phone. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit to send out our emails, but we manage. We’ve grown attached to this spot over the years because it’s easy for the staff to get to. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay organized among all the boxes and bottles.
