Phoenix Networks

We’ve been running Phoenix Networks out of our office on the third floor of Aman Complex for a while now. If you know Goving Garden in Bhopal, you know where we are. It’s a busy spot on Raisen Road. We spend most of our time dealing with cables, routers, and making sure people stay connected to the internet. It’s not always pretty work, sometimes it’s just crawling around under desks or climbing up to fix a line that went down during a storm. We keep a lot of spare parts in the back room because things break more often than you’d think. People call us when their wifi stops working or when a business needs a new setup. It's just a few of us here. We grab tea from the stall downstairs and get back to the screens. It gets dusty in the office with all the gear, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms. Usually, it's just jeans and a t-shirt while we try to figure out why a specific server is acting up. Bhopal has its own pace, and we try to keep up with the technical side of it. Sometimes the traffic on Raisen Road makes it hard to get to a site quickly, but we do what we can. It's practical work that needs doing. We've seen a lot of changes in how people use the web since we started here at Flat No 4.
