Nagendra Gernal Store

Nagendra Gernal Store is just a small place sitting at Shop 13 over in Indira Market. It’s right in the middle of Arera Colony here in Bhopal. I’ve been around this area for a long time and the shop is basically where I spend almost every hour of my day. If you look for us, we are right by the other stalls in the market area. It gets really busy in the mornings when people are out getting their usual things like milk or tea. Arera Colony is a nice part of Bhopal, and 462016 is the pin code if you're ever writing it down on a form. The shop isn't fancy or anything like that. We just keep the shelves stocked with what people usually need for their kitchens and homes. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front for a bit and it gets a bit messy, but that's just how it goes in Indira Market. I usually open up early and stay until the evening rush is over. It’s a simple setup. You walk in, find what you need from the rows of items, and that’s it. My name is on the sign but really it's just a local spot for the neighbors. There's always someone popping in for a quick item they forgot to buy at the bigger stores. We’ve seen the market change over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing. It's just a regular general store for everyone.
