Mahesh General Stor

Mahesh General Stor has been sitting here in Talliya for years. We are located in Bhopal at 462001 and we mostly just serve the local families nearby. The shop is not very big, but we try to keep a variety of items on the shelves so people don't have to go too far for their basic needs. It is just a regular general store, nothing special about the building or how we do things. I spend most of my day sitting near the entrance, waiting for customers to stop by. Sometimes it gets a little noisy on the street outside, but inside it is mostly quiet. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is just written down in our books. If you need something for your house, we probably have it tucked away somewhere on a shelf. We don't really have a big team, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. Talliya is a busy area, so we see a lot of people passing by every day. We try to keep things simple and honest here. It’s just a way for us to make a living and help the neighborhood out with their daily groceries. There aren't many frills to the place. We just open up the shutters every morning and get to work.
