Moshik'S Homemade Chocolate

Moshik'S Homemade Chocolate is run out of Navkar B-2, which sits inside the Surendra Estate on Kolar Road. This is right in the Chuna Bhatti area. Our space is more like a large kitchen than a standard office. Most days, the air is thick with the smell of melting chocolate and nuts. We spend hours at the marble counters getting everything ready. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when we have big batches to finish. The building is part of a residential and commercial mix, so it feels very local. We don't have any massive machinery, just some good ovens and cooling racks. Sometimes the neighbors pop their heads in to see what we are making. Kolar Road can get very crowded, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning before the traffic peaks. There are always boxes and wrappers piled up in the corner waiting to be used. We don't have a fancy showroom where you can browse. It’s more of a production spot where we focus on the recipes. The floor is tile and we have to mop it constantly because things get messy fast. We’ve been in this part of Chuna Bhatti for a while now. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where all the work happens for Moshik'S. We just keep our heads down and keep the chocolate moving.
