I Like Gourmet

Our shop is Shop No G-14, tucked into the Vijay Stambh building in Zone 1 of M P Nagar. If you know Bhopal, you know that M P Nagar is where everything happens. We are right opposite the Axis Bank, which makes it easy to explain to people who are trying to find us for the first time. The area is always crowded with people going to the banks or the nearby offices. I Like Gourmet is a small spot, but we make the most of the space we have here in 462011. The sun can get really intense in the afternoons, so we are glad for the shade of the building. We start our day early to get things ready before the lunch rush starts across the street. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the shelves are stocked. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a shop where we sell what we have and talk to the people who come in. Sometimes the traffic in Zone 1 gets so bad that people just park their bikes and walk over. We see a lot of the same office workers every single day. It feels like a little community even though it’s a busy commercial zone. We just keep things moving, handle the customers, and try to stay cool in the heat. It’s honest work in a busy part of town.
