Our office is down in the basement of Thadaram Complex, specifically at Plot No- L/4. We are right in MP Nagar near Zone 1. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler, which is good because we have a lot of heavy equipment around. Intact Power Pvt. Ltd. handles things like batteries, inverters, and power backups. It’s a heavy-duty job. We spend a lot of time moving heavy units and checking connections. The space is filled with the smell of lead and metal. It’s not the most stylish office, but it’s where we get the work done. We deal with a lot of local businesses that can't afford to have their power go out. When the lights flicker in the neighborhood, our phones start ringing. We aren't a massive corporation with a big HR department. It’s just a team of technicians who understand how power systems work. We’ve been in MP Nagar for quite a while now. It’s a busy hub, so there is always something happening outside. Inside the basement, we just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes it’s repair work and other times it’s installing a whole new system for a client. We don't use fancy sales talk. We just tell you what’s wrong with your battery and how we can fix it. It’s practical work and it keeps the city running in its own small way. It is a bit loud down here but we are used to it.
