If you go to Minaal Mall on Jk Road, you’ll find us on the first floor at number 34. The building is called Geet I. It’s a pretty busy area in Govindpura, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, especially on weekends. Competent Solution Services is tucked away in one of the smaller units. We’ve got our computers and some chairs for people to wait. It’s not a massive corporate office. It’s just us doing our thing. The mall has a lot of shops, so there's always a lot of noise and people walking by our window. We don't mind it. It makes the day go faster. Govindpura is a good place to be because everything is close by. We’ve been here for a while now. Most people come in because they saw our sign while they were out shopping for groceries or clothes. We keep it straightforward. There are no complicated procedures here. You just walk in and tell us what you need. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets a bit messy with notes and files. It’s a real working office. Jk Road is usually packed with traffic, so we suggest coming early in the morning if you can. We like being in the mall because it feels safe and there’s always something new to see. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job for the neighborhood. It’s a decent little place to work.
