Br Enterprises

Working out of Surendra Palace at Plot No. C-204 has its ups and downs. It is a commercial apartment building on Kolar Road, so there are always all sorts of different businesses around us. Kolar Road itself is basically always packed with cars and bikes, which you can hear if the windows are open. Br Enterprises is really just a few of us in a room with some computers and a lot of files. We have been here for a long time and the walls could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, but the space works for us. Most of our day is spent handling local tasks and paperwork. We don't have any big mission statements or posters on the walls. It is just a place where we come to get the job done. The lift in the building is quite slow, so we usually just end up taking the stairs to get to the office. There is a small cafeteria downstairs where we get our tea and snacks. It is not a very quiet place, especially in the evenings when the market nearby really gets going. We have got a lot of boxes stacked in the corner because space is a bit tight. Sometimes the power goes out for a little while, but we have a backup to keep things running. It is a very normal, local operation. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just stay busy and try to get through the list of tasks.
