We’ve been out here in Mandideep at Plot No. 5 for a good while now. The new industrial area gets pretty busy during the day, especially when the trucks are coming in and out. It’s not exactly a quiet place to work. We spend our time managing the production lines and making sure everything is running like it should. Usually, the mornings are the busiest because we’re trying to get ahead of the heat. It gets quite warm inside the plant, even with the fans going. Most of us have been working together for years, so we’ve got a bit of a rhythm. We don't have a fancy office or anything, just a functional space where we get things done. You can usually smell the chocolate from the road, which I guess is a nice perk of the job. Sometimes the machines act up or a shipment is late, and then it’s a bit of a scramble to get back on track. We just take it as it comes. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving boxes around, so everyone stays pretty active. By the time the shift ends, we’re all ready to head home and get some rest. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do. We don't really bother with anything too complicated beyond making sure everything is packed right before the trucks leave the gate for the day. It is just a regular factory doing its daily business.
