We’ve got our setup over in Sawariya Nagar, specifically at 323 and 223. It’s a bit of a double setup where we handle all our sweets and confectionery. Indore has a real love for snacks, and we’re right in the thick of it. Most of our day is spent around sugar, flour, and the big ovens. It gets incredibly hot, especially when we have several batches going at once. We aren’t trying to be a fancy boutique bakery. We’re more of a practical operation where we make stuff people actually want to eat every day. There’s always flour on someone’s shirt and the smell of baking in the air. We’ve been in the 452016 area for some time now and the locals know us. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to dash to the market. Other times, we’re just sitting around waiting for the timers to go off. It’s not always glamorous work, and there’s a lot of cleaning up to do at the end of every shift. We just like making sweets. It’s what we know how to do. Madhya Pradesh is a place where people appreciate good snacks, so we feel right at home. We just keep our heads down, watch the ovens, and try to make sure everything tastes right before it goes out. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. We don't overthink it much.
