Excellence Events

You can find us at Flat No. 19 in Arera Colony, right over in Bhopal. We’re pretty close to the Arera Petrol Pump in Block No. 15. It’s a decent area, lots of trees around and it’s fairly easy to find. Excellence Events is run out of this space, and it’s where all the planning happens. We aren't a big, cold corporation. It’s more of a personal setup. Sitting around the table and figuring out how to make things work for whoever calls us is what we do. Bhopal is a beautiful city, and being in Arera Colony makes us feel connected to everything. A fancy lobby doesn't exist here. It’s just our work area where we keep all our notes and files. Sometimes we’re out all day, and other times we’re just here drinking tea and looking at the schedule. Big promises or business jargon aren't our style. We just do the work that needs doing. Every event is different, so we just take them one at a time. It’s a bit of a juggling act sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The local feel of being in a flat rather than some big office building is nice. It keeps things grounded. If you’re ever near the petrol pump, you’re not far from where we spend our days. It’s been our home base for quite some time now and it suits us just fine. We like it being simple.
