Deepak Glass

We are located on the 1st Floor of the Ahab Dulhan Shadi Hall building. It is in the New Dilwara Transports Area. It’s an interesting spot because you have the wedding hall downstairs and then our glass business, Deepak Glass, upstairs. It gets very busy during the wedding season, with music and people everywhere, but we just keep working. Being in the transport area means there are always big trucks moving glass sheets in and out. Handling glass is a delicate job, so we have to be careful all the time. Our space is filled with cut pieces, mirrors, and large sheets leaning against the walls. You have to watch where you step. It’s a bit dusty because of the cutting process, but that’s normal for a glass shop. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we do the actual work of measuring and cutting. Sometimes the workers from the transport companies stop by for a chat. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need a big sign. People in the area know to come up to the first floor if they need glass for a window or a table. It's a simple, hardworking environment. We just try to get the edges smooth and the sizes right. That's about it for our daily routine here. We usually close up once the sun goes down.
