Our office is tucked away in Gulmohar Colony, which is part of the E-8 area near Arera Colony in Bhopal. We are specifically at G-3/509. It is a ground-floor spot in a standard residential building. Our work revolves around knowledge and training programs. The street is usually quiet, which is helpful because we do a lot of research and writing throughout the day. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It is just a small group of us working together. Arera Colony is a well-known part of Bhopal, so most people can find the way here without too much trouble. The office does not look like anything special from the outside. It is just a regular door in a residential block. Inside, though, it is full of books, laptops, and stacks of notes. We spend our days putting together materials that help people learn new things. We enjoy being in this part of town because it is central but avoids the noise of the main markets. Sometimes we have people come over for a chat or a meeting, and we just sit around the main table with some tea. It is all very informal. We do not wear suits or use a lot of business talk. We just focus on the information and making sure it is accurate for whoever needs it. Desks might get messy, but the work gets done correctly.
