I’m Srikanth, and I work out of my family home in Tanuku. The address is H/No: 4-313 in R.K. Puram, Road Number 2. We are pretty close to the NH-5 highway, so you can always hear the trucks and buses going by. It’s a busy part of the West Godavari district. My father is K. Venkateswara Rao, and he’s well known around here. I started this business from one of the front rooms of the house. It’s a bit informal, but it works for us. We don't have a big sign or anything. Most people in Tanuku just know where we are. I spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who stop by. The room is filled with ledgers and files. It’s not exactly a modern office, but it’s practical. Since we are right off the highway, it’s easy for people from other villages to find us. I don't really have a marketing plan or a polished image. I just try to be honest with people and do the work they ask for. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes it hard to focus, so we take a long break then. We’ve lived in this house for a long time, so it’s a very comfortable place to work from. It’s just a local operation, nothing more, nothing less. We usually have some coffee in the morning and start our day before the sun gets too high in the sky.
