Smart Basis Software Solutions

We've been over on D.N.R College Road for a while now. It's a busy spot but it works for us. Most days it's just a few of us sitting at desks, looking at screens and trying to figure out why some piece of code isn't doing what it's supposed to do. We build software stuff. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes we spend hours on a single bug that turns out to be a typo. People drop by sometimes, and we just show them what we’re working on. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some computers and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Being near the college means there's always activity outside, which is nice when you need a break from the monitor. We started this because we liked solving problems with technology. It's practical work. Most of our time is spent writing, testing, and then writing some more. We don't do big presentations. If someone needs a tool built or a system checked, they just come in and tell us what's going on. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here wears a suit unless they have to for a wedding. It's just a regular office where we get things done. We like the neighborhood. It feels like a real part of town. That’s pretty much us. We stay busy and we keep our heads down.
