We have our office at G-30 on the ground floor of Siddhi Plaza. It’s right at the Gangapur Chauraha in Bhilwara. Being on the ground floor at such a busy intersection means we see a lot of action. There is always traffic and people crossing the road. Our office is a simple place where we manage various tour and travel bookings. We have a few desks and some chairs for when customers drop by to talk. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or marketing materials. Most people find us because they are passing through the chauraha. We spend our time checking dates and making sure the transport is lined up. It’s a lot of coordination with different people. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when many people come in at once. We just do our best to help everyone in turn. Bhilwara is a busy town and this spot at Gangapur Chauraha is right in the middle of it. We are just local people running a small travel business. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. We just talk to you like a neighbor. If you need a ticket or a trip planned, we just look at the options and tell you what we can do. It's a straightforward way of working.
