T. G. Tour Travels

We operate out of Bhilwara in Rajasthan. It’s a place known for textiles, but we focus on the travel side of things at T. G. Tour Travels. The office isn't much to look at. We have a few desks, some old maps on the walls, and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. People come in looking for bus tickets or to ask about train timings. Rajasthan is a big state, and there’s always someone trying to get from one town to another. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and talking to drivers. It gets very hot here, so we keep the fan on high all day long. Sometimes we just sit and wait for the afternoon heat to pass. We don't have a website that does everything; we still like to talk to people and write things down in our ledgers. It’s more personal that way. Bhilwara is a busy town, and we’re right in the middle of the local chatter. We hear all the stories from the road. Some days are just filled with paperwork and fixing mistakes in the bookings. It can be stressful when a bus is late or a route is blocked. But we just deal with it as it happens. We don't promise anything fancy. We just try to get people where they need to go without too much trouble.
