Our office is on the first floor of Mahalaxmi Chambers, which is located on Rajendra Marg here in Bhilwara. We have two rooms, F-122 and F-123. It gives us enough space to keep our files and have a few people over to discuss their travel plans. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, but it’s not too bad. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. The building is usually full of other small businesses, so there is always someone coming or going. We focus on tours and general travels, mostly for people living nearby. We don't have a big polished office with glass walls. It's just basic desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We do a lot of our work over the phone, but we like it when people come in person. Rajendra Marg is a familiar street for most everyone in Bhilwara. We try to be straightforward with our customers. If a hotel is full or a bus is cancelled, we say it plainly. We don't like to overcomplicate things with big talk. Managing travel logistics can be a bit of a headache sometimes, especially when the internet goes down or the schedules change without warning. We just handle it as it comes. It's just a regular local shop run by regular people.
