Our office is located in the basement of S.K Plaza, at Shop number 9. We are right across the street from Pratap Nagar School in Bhilwara. Being in the basement, it stays a little cooler than the street level, which is nice during the hot summer months. However, when the school lets out, the whole area gets very crowded and noisy for a little while. We spend our time working on holiday bookings and general travel plans for people in the neighborhood. It’s a small, quiet office most of the time. We have our computers and a few files spread out on the desks. We aren't a big travel company with lots of branches. It’s just a local shop where we do our work. People usually come to us because they know we are right here in the area. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or promotional language. We just have a conversation about where you want to go and what it will cost. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to fix them, or the internet goes slow and we have to wait. That’s just the way it is. We try to be helpful and give clear information to everyone who walks down the stairs to see us. It’s just a simple, honest local business.
